The Booking Process
To book your first session, follow the booking link to my online booking portal. When you arrive, you will see a menu of options including my expert-curated rituals, as well as my customizable services, known as a modality. These modalities include Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Holistic Facials, & Massage and Bodywork.
Below you will find instructions and recommendations for when you choose….
…A Ritual
When you choose a ritual, all of the decisions about how long the session is and what is included are decided for you. I have curated each ritual based on my expert experience. You can find in-depth descriptions of every Ritual I offer on my offerings page. Don’t worry, there is still room for your preferences and concerns, but it is best to lean into the Ritual experience if chosen.
My recommended Ritual for new clients:
If you’re looking to improve your emotional and spiritual connection, feel more grounded and have more mental clarity, I recommend the Aromareflex Ritual, it’s a powerful holistic treatment that combines essential oils with reflexology techniques to restore balance—emotionally, physically, and energetically. In receiving energywork, it can help rebalance the nervous system and improve clarity.
…A Central Modality
When you choose a customizable service, your have a lot more control over your session, but that also means I will be asking you a lot more questions. These questions include:
What base modality will we be focused on?
You will begin by choosing the base modality of your session. This means that your session can be focused on one of the three central modalities, but we can integrate the other modalities to support your care as needed. So, if you choose “massage and bodywork” that means your session will be focused on massage, but we can integrate some manual lymphatic drainage techniques into the session.
What additional enhancements are calling to you today?
I have a long list of added tools and techniques that can enhance your treatment listed on my offerings page. Regardless of the service you choose, we will still have time to talk about the service, your needs, and any customizations I recommend.
**One thing to note is that I do have to prep facials in advance, so I will not be able to add a facial on if it is not indicated in your initial booking.
How long will our session be?
Though it can depend on the service, I typically offer 60, 90, and 120 minute sessions
I recommend choosing from the below options:
If you’re seeking treatment for stress, pain relief, recovery from exercise, or as a self-care practice, I recommend starting with a 60 minute intuitive bodywork massage. It’s my signature, customized massage to meet you exactly where you are and facilitate your wellness goals.
If you’re feeling tired, heavy, holding onto excess fluids, struggling with painful periods, have been dealing with recovering from illness, or managing seasonal allergies, I recommend a 60 minute manual lymphatic drainage treatment. It’s a full body, wellness lymphatic massage treatment that helps you let go of what no longer serves you and promotes detoxification on the cellular level.
And finally, If you’re seeking a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience that supports both your inner and outer glow, I recommend the 60 minute facial. This treatment goes beyond traditional skincare by combining gentle massage techniques with natural products to cleanse, nourish, and revitalize the skin. Incorporating aromatherapy, acupressure, and lymphatic drainage, it also supports energetic balance and overall well-being. It’s an ideal choice if you’re looking to unwind, reconnect with yourself, and emerge feeling refreshed, radiant, and truly renewed.
Personal Consulting
I’m here to help guide you through the process of selecting the appropriate service for your unique wellness journey. Every session will include some pre-treatment time to touch base and talk through your personal goals or challenges that day. I set out extra time before a client’s first session to ensure we have time to talk through and adjust your treatment plan if needed.
If you are looking for assistance prior to our in person consultation, I am available via email to answer all your questions and can help you select the best treatment to fit your unique and individual needs. Just let me know what you’re experiencing and what your goals are, and I can help guide you!
Intake Forms
Once your appointment is booked, you will have the opportunity to complete your intake forms directly so that there is no paperwork to complete when you arrive. You will receive these forms via text message at the time of booking, and you will receive regular reminders about your appointment and the forms. I ask that you please fill these out within 24 hours of your appointment so that I may begin preparing for our session together.
Once you complete your intake forms, we are ready to get started with your treatments!
Treatment Etiquette
During your session…
You can talk or stay quiet—this is your time, and I will always respect your desired level of conversation.
It’s okay to ask for adjustments, in fact: I want you to speak up if there is something you would like us to change (pressure, temperature, music, or if anything feels uncomfortable). I will always work within your level of comfort.
I may use oil or massage cream—let me know if you have any topical or food allergies, as well as any sensitivities to essential oils.
Don’t worry if you forgot to shave your legs, believe me, I didn’t even notice and I really don’t mind! :)
If you fall asleep, that’s like giving me the best compliment ever!
This is your space and time to relax, so keep the communication open and flowing with me and I will meet you where you are! I think I’m pretty intuitive but I won’t know unless you speak up.
More things to know
-
Please arrive about 10-minutes early for your first appointment. This gives you time to settle into the space, use the bathroom, have some tea or water and not feel rushed. This will also give us time to talk before your appointment and go over your intake form together.
I really enjoy getting to know who you are as a person, and I customize each session to your individual needs each and every time you visit.
It’s important to arrive on time or a few minutes early each time so that there is time to touch base on any changes to your health history and understand your goals for each session.

I have a lovely waiting and relaxation area that I share with 2 other independent therapists. Please feel free to have a seat and get comfortable. I will be with you momentarily to greet you and help you get acquainted with the space and show you to the treatment room.
First and foremost: There is no need to feel nervous. It’s totally normal to feel a little unsure before your first treatment. I am here to create a safe, professional, and healing space for you.
-
You are welcome to park on the street or you may turn on Dundas Ln. to find parking located behind the house. If you choose to park in the driveway, please be courteous to leave enough room for other cars.
Please use the FRONT entrance. If you park in the driveway, you will need to walk around using the street or the gravel path on the side of the house.
From there, come on in and get comfortable in the waiting room. I look forward to seeing you soon!
You may also experience somatic integration & emotional releases.
There are times when bodywork and massage can stir up an emotional response. This is especially true when you feel safe with another person under their nurturing and healing touch. Our bodies hold onto so much memory and experience, and when we feel safe to let go of what we have been holding onto, emotional responses may surface.
If you experience an emotional release like, crying for example, this is a normal response to healing and I, as a professional, am able to hold this space for you as you process and feel what your body needs you to be aware of, move through, and let go of. I am here for you!
-
You'll undress to your comfort level, but you will always be fully covered with a sheet and blanket during your treatment, and only the area being worked on will be uncovered (this is called "draping"). I also offer a robe and slippers if you need to use the restroom or move about the space.
-
Try to drink plenty of water in the 24 hours before and after your treatment, and avoid eating a large meal right before your session.
-
If it’s your first massage, facial or lymphatic drainage session
Areas you'd like to focus on or avoid
If you have any injuries, sensitivities, or health conditions
If receiving a body treatment, your preferred pressure (light, medium, firm)

After Your Treatment
Please take your time getting up. Stretch a little if you need to, take a few deep breaths, and gently let your body begin to come back to the present moment as you integrate the bodywork. It’s normal to feel a little “woozy” or even groggy after your first few treatments.
Let me know how you’re feeling.. If you need to sit and rest a while before driving, I have a cozy space for you to relax a little longer.
Afterwards, I will likely go over my findings with you and give you some feedback as well as aftercare: things that you can do at home to see the best results from your session.
It’s important to hydrate well and give your body a nourishing meal as you integrate the work. Be gentle with yourself and plan to take it easy for the rest of the day if you can!
