The Grounding Ritual

The perfect way to restore body and soul. Begin with a calming foot soak in a copper bowl filled with warm water, a signature salt blend, botanicals and essential oils created just for you, followed by a foot reflexology treatment to clear energy pathways and stimulate total wellness by addressing the body’s organs. Inhale the calming scents, sip on a cup of tea, and find the peace within.

Aroma Reflex Therapy Ritual

The art + science of touch meets the power of scent. Aroma Reflex Therapy is a powerful holistic treatment that combines essential oils with reflexology techniques to restore balance—emotionally, physically, and energetically.

The Lymph Sculpt Ritual

The Lymph Sculpt Ritual blends Brazilian-inspired body sculpting techniques with an in-depth understanding of the lymphatic system to encourage healthy fluid movement while creating an immediately lighter, more contoured appearance. Rhythmic pumping, sweeping, compression, kneading, and sculpting techniques help reduce temporary puffiness and fluid retention while enhancing the body's natural contours.
Designed to support healthy lymphatic function, this treatment encourages circulation, eases bloating and water retention, and promotes balanced fluid movement throughout the body. While the focus is on sculpting and contouring, each session also supports the body's natural lymphatic rhythms, leaving you feeling lighter, refreshed, and revitalized.
While this treatment supports healthy lymphatic function, it is a sculpting-focused experience and is not intended to replace Manual Lymphatic Drainage when therapeutic lymphatic care is indicated.

Lymphatic Drainage Facial

This facial starts with the benefits of a basic facial for the surface of the skin with a cleanse, gentle exfoliation, hydration and nourishment with a customized mask and high vibe skincare products but ends with Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) which is gentle but effective and which gives you the same benefits from the inside out. MLD cleanses and exfoliates the internal soft tissues by cleaning and filtering out toxins and dead cells, hydrates and nourishes by bringing in fresh fluids and oxygen. When lymph flow is slow or obstructed it can slow the natural detoxification process and cause puffiness, skin irritations and dull complexion. Physical manipulation of the lymph nodes helps speed up this process which improves the skin’s appearance as well as decreases feelings of stress which results in improving your overall wellbeing. MLD is a wonderful treatment for anyone but especially those with acne, rosacea, puffiness or high stress.

Connective Tissue Facial

Connective Tissue (CT) is a technique that has both beauty and therapeutic benefits. It is not a massage but rather a gentle, lifting manipulation of the skin that creates space, releases tension and creates flow and a flood of nutrients for healthy tissues. Our connective tissue is an intricate matrix that communicates, transports, binds structures, repairs and protects. By manipulating the CT, it is supportive to its functions which include regeneration of collagen + elastin and reducing inflammation while it has a profound lifting effect creating a natural facelift with immediate results. To top it all off, CT manipulation sends you into a deeply relaxed state so critical for our bodies to rest and repair. This facial includes cleanse, exfoliation then the focus is CT manipulation from the clavicle all the way to the crown of the head, finished with customized products.

Sculpt Uplifting Facial

Let your true radiance shine from within while facial muscles are toned, strengthened and relaxed. The Sculptural Face Lifting Technique lifts and rejuvenates without surgery or injectables yet has a similar effect. This natural rejuvenation technique is therapeutical not only physically but also emotionally by releasing blocked emotions in the muscles, creating a feeling of internal freedom and making it easier to express emotion. This facial starts with a cleanse followed by an hour of massage, approximately 30 minutes of working on the decollette, neck and face followed by 15 minutes of intra-oral massage, custom mask to encourage detoxification with a head massage + Laurel Skin products.
This facial cannot be done while pregnant. Please discontinue use of active products 7 days prior to facial appointment.
*For ultimate results this treatment is recommended once a week in a series of 6-10 treatments followed by monthly maintenance.
Central Modalities
I offer three central modalities that can be booked in increments of 60, 90, or 120 minutes. These central modalities are the cornerstone of my practice, and serve to relieve tension, increase circulation, decongest and improve skin health. Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Manual lymphatic drainage is a light, repetitive manual technique that consists of gliding, stretching, and compressing over the skin. Lymphatic drainage boosts your immune system, opens detox pathways, and provides an analgesic effect. This treatment focuses on opening lymphatic pathways, assisting with lymph flow, calming inflammation, and excreting toxins.
Manual lymphatic drainage is anti-inflammatory in nature and is a must for pre and post surgery, swelling, skin support, edemas, and immune support. This gentle, yet highly effective treatment is also indicated for overall healthy individuals as it supports your body’s lymphatic system.
Integrated Bodywork

Integrated bodywork is designed to balance your body and reset your nervous system. This session includes a massage focused on releasing muscular, stress and myofascial tension. It combines massage with a diverse array of advanced techniques and tools guiding you toward renewal. Leave feeling rejuvenated and inspired.
Integrated bodywork can be used to enhance other modalities, but can also be enhanced itself with hot stones, aromatherapy, cupping, gut shake and more. Each session is tailored to your individual needs and may incorporate therapeutic massage, gentle lymphatic support, and other hands-on therapies to encourage ease, balance, and restoration.

Soak your feet in a copper bowl filled with warm water, coconut milk, dried botanicals including calendula and rose petals and detoxifying bath salts. Research indicates soaking your feet for 15 minutes a day can help improve energy levels, mood, sleeping habits, and aches and pains.

Warm, hand-carved salt stones from the Himalayan Mountains incorporated into your massage session. These stones are rich in minerals and are believed to have a variety of health benefits including boosting the immune system, reducing pain & inflammation, promoting relaxation, and exfoliating the skin.

A mini-facial treatment where your skin is cleansed and a soothing mask applied. A moisturizer selected specifically for your skincare needs is gently massaged onto your face as an ending to this lovely experience.

The studio is located on the corner of Wake Forest Rd. and Glascock St. in the Mary Elizabeth Hospital. The hospital has been converted to office space and primarily features health and wellness practitioners. Though we do share restroom facilities and the waiting area, my studio and consultation area are 100% private.
I am located at 1100 Wake Forest Road in the Mordecai neighborhood just north of downtown Raleigh.

The studio is intended to be all-inclusive to your experience. I offer complimentary beverages and snacks, robes and slippers, fresh linens, and all products used during our session.

Personalizing your session is an important part of your wellness experience. Many of our herbal and modality enhancements are included at no additional cost, allowing you to intuitively tailor your treatment. A few specialty enhancements may have a small added fee, which will be clearly noted during the booking process. All enhancements are thoughtfully integrated into the duration of your chosen session. Some enhancements are best suited to specific core treatments—if you're unsure, simply ask. We’re here to help you create a session that supports your unique needs and intentions.

No. While I understand the convenience of insurance coverage, I choose not to bill insurance for a variety of reasons. Insurance billing is complicated and limited. Being a "self-pay" practice allows clients the freedom to choose the frequency of care that fits their needs, while allowing me the time to focus on each appointment without distractions.
I, however, do accept HSA and FSA. I recommend checking with your provider first to see if they cover my services. Some of my clients choose to seek reimbursement from their insurance provider. For those clients, I can provide a receipt with all appointments and fees. -
In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I ask that you please give at least 24 hours notice before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $50.

All services offered are inclusive. Manual lymphatic drainage, facials, and supportive skincare are all important components of a healthy lifestyle. As with any other health profession, gratuity is neither encouraged nor expected.
