Lisa Cordia Holistic Therapies is located within the historic Mary Elizabeth Hospital building at 1100 Wake Forest Road, Raleigh, NC 27604. Originally established as one of the area's first community hospitals, the  beautifully preserved building now serves as home to a thoughtful collection of health and  wellness practitioners, creating an environment centered on healing, restoration, and whole person care. 

Situated just minutes from downtown Raleigh, the Mary Elizabeth Hospital building offers a  peaceful retreat from the pace of everyday life. From the moment you arrive, you'll find a quiet,  welcoming atmosphere that invites you to slow down, take a deep breath, and settle into a space  dedicated to healing and restoration.

Getting to the Studio

Finding The Building

The studio is located at 1100 Wake Forest Road, Raleigh, NC 27604, between Glascock Street and Lafayette Street. Although the building faces Wake Forest Road, client parking and the  main entrance are located behind the building. 

Two buildings share the parking lot. Lisa Cordia Holistic Therapies is located in the larger of the  two buildings. Look for the double green doors at the back of the building—this is the main  entrance.

Entering the Building

For the safety, privacy, and comfort of everyone in the building, the exterior doors remain locked  at all times. On the day of your appointment, you'll receive a text message containing your  personal entry code. Simply enter the code on the keypad located to the right of the green doors  to access the building. 

Please note that the doors located on the front and sides of the building are not public entrances. 

Once inside

Please make yourself comfortable in the main waiting area. I'll be with you shortly to welcome you into the studio. If needed, restrooms are located around the corner near the elevator.

Our sessions take place in my private studio located in downtown Raleigh. I designed this space to be the ultimate escape: every detail of the soothing colors, gentle noise, aromatherapy, and joyful decor are tailored to enhance your relaxation experience.

Beyond the studio, I have carefully crafted an array of body work tools, herbal remedies, and natural materials so that every element your body comes in contact with is invigorating you in mind, body, and spirit.
